Inam to represent Pakistan in World Wrestling Championship
ISLAMABAD – A two-member Pakistan contingent will be heading for USA next week to participate in the World Wrestling Championship to be held in Las Vegas, USA from September 7 to 12.
Muhammad Arshad Sattar, Secretary General of the Pakistan Wrestling Federation, said Friday that a two-member Pakistan contingent would leave for USA on September 7 (late night) to participate in the World Wrestling Championship. “The contingent includes Muhammad Inam (wrestler) and Ehtishamul Haq (manager),” said Sattar, adding that the team would be leaving from Lahore. He said he had high expectations from wrestler Inam as his selection to participate in the championship was made by the United World Wrestling Federation and they were bearing all expenses of Pakistan wrestler. “Hopefully Inam will return home with good results after the championship,” he concluded.
