PTA satisfied with transportation of hides and skins during Eid
The Pakistan Tanners Association (PTA) South Zone has expressed its satisfaction over the peaceful and smooth transportation of hides and skins to the Tannery Zone during Eidul Adha.
PTA Chairman Rehan Hannan and Law and Order Committee Convenor Fawad Jawed expressed their gratitude to the law enforcing agencies, especially Sindh Rangers director general and his team, for making necessary arrangements for peaceful transportation of skins and hides to the collection centres set up in the Tannery Zone.
He said that unlike previous years, no significant incident have been reported by any collection centre or the transporting staff in the city. He said that if the peaceful atmosphere would be maintained in future, Karachi would once again become the most earning and job providing city. He said that due to the water scarcity in the Tannery Zone, several industries have closed down in past few years.
