Liquid foreign reserves reach $19,818m
KARACHI: The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $19,818.7 million.
The foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) stood at $14,918.3 million, net foreign reserves held by banks remained at $4,900.4 million, and total liquid foreign reserves reached $19,818.7 million.
During the week that ended on October 23, SBP’s Liquid FX Reserves decreased by $102 million to $14,918 million, compared to $15,020 million in the previous week. During the week, SBP made payments of $123 million on account of external debt servicing and other official payments.
