‘APS massacre unforgettable tragedy’
ISLAMABAD : Leader of Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rashid on Wednesday said nation could not forget the massacre of school going children by militants in the Army Public School, Peshawar (APS) last year.
Talking to media outside the Parliament House, he said that the barbaric incident had brought the whole nation on same page to curb the menace of terrorism from Pakistan. He paid tribute to the martyred children of the APS incident.
He said that serious steps should be taken to implement the National Action Plan (NAP) in letter and spirit to get success in war against terrorism. He said that reconstruction work in war affected areas and rehabilitation of internally displaced peoples (IDPs) should be completed as soon as possible.
