Intel eyes further innovation in 2016
KARACHI: Intel Pakistan on Friday held its annual session in which it recapped key aspects of the company during 2015 and gave predictions for the upcoming year.
Intel Pakistan Country Manager Naveed Siraj presented the keynote speech and shared milestones achieved by the company during the year. He highlighted 2015 as a breakthrough year for Intel and the IT industry as a whole, with the Asia Pacific and Japan region being the major shareholders for this significant change.
In addition to advancements in technology across all IT (mobile devices, Internet of Things and infrastructures), innovation would also be continued in 2016, he added.
Intel Pakistan is ushering an era where technology and computational power will no longer be an option but an integral, and all-encompassing part.
Pakistan is set to be a lead adopter of new computing forms and usage models in 2016. As a new world of ubiquitous connectivity comes into reality, Intel has a confident view for a bright computing future.
