Life comes with its own ups and downs. Mostly, there are downs in life which leads a person into depression.

1.Lack of Discipline:

Discipline is a process of controlling one’s behaviour and actions, mostly through self motivation. A person who is not disciplined faces many failures such as he is never punctual, always late for any work or any submission, he hardly manages his routine. These basic reasons leads person to failure as he becomes backward in every task, he cannot complete given work or task at specific time



2.Discouraged Attitude:

This attitude prevents people from accepting responsibility for their position in life. They resign themselves to their fate, regardless of their efforts, that whatever has to happen will happen anyway.

When you make your plan, be sure it’s specific. Ones your plan has been decided try not to change it, stick to the plan this makes a person determined about his life.

3.People give up:                           

Most of the time it happens when people already feel failure before the results and gradually they give up. They become hopeless and become less concerned on their goals. People should never give up. Practice makes us more better more perfect, if we fail ones, we should try more and more and one day we will succeed in it.



4.Waste time:

People waste their time a lot by not working. And when they work, they usually don’t do something productive, 90% of the people work against their wish, they don’t work in their desired field or interest which leads to time waste. For example a date is given for a work submission and a person will waste all his days by delaying the submission and in the end a person is left with no time to do work he is left behind. People should be careful in not wasting time.





5.No goals:

The basic problem of people failing in their goal is that they have not set a goal in their lives or have many goals in their lives in which not a single task is focused. When you are not even sure what you’re interested in or what you want to do in future how will you focus? How you will be determined? So it is important for you to set a goal in life and lead your life accordingly.




6.Scared of change:

Mostly people don’t change in their life. Many people are simply satisfied with what they have and where they are in life. As such, they don’t explore what else is available or what greater things they could achieve. Research tells us that there are only two motivating factors that cause people to change: pain and pleasure. But still if person sticks to what he/she has then they stand still where they were some time ago. Change is necessary in all aspects of life.




7.Laziness: Laziness leads to not doing anything, no ambition and goal accomplished and not being focused at all. When you are not upto date to anything it is obvious you will be left behind which will gradually leads to a failure. Being lazy is not a bad habit but being lazy all the time is also not a positive impact in life. Try to maintain a routine and stop wasting time.

8.Social networking:

Use of social networking has increased a lot in our society, about 50% of time is wasted using social networks. Using social networks is not a bad habit but it wastes our time. People should use it but limitedly so that their whole time is not consumed and they can focus on other important goals and task in their lives.




One of the biggest reasons behind a person’s failure is his fear of society. “I’m a man and I want to become a makeup artist, will society accept it? Should I tell this to everyone? No.”

This thought, this fear of unacceptance of others makes a person weak and he becomes underconfident about his ambitions because of the pressure he carries with him. People should do whatever they want to, if their cause is positive and helping for others. Mostly people don’t leave their goals because of the fear of rejection by other people.





People’s negative thoughts lead them towards failure. We should always have a positive approach about everything we do. Negativity leads toward depression, failure and irritation. What you think, you do the same and it happens with you. So always keep your thoughts positive don’t let negativity ruin it.
