Pakistan climb to top spot in ICC T20 rankings

Karachi (Web Desk): Pakistan Cricket Team on Sunday raises to no 1 spot International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 ranking after beating New Zealand in final T20 at Mount Maunganui.

Sarfaraz XI claims the top position in ICC ranking by clinching the series against the Kiwi’s by 2-1.

Earlier in the match, Pakistan decided to bat first and starts in fashionable way as Fakhar Zaman set up the innings with his blistering 46 runs.

Sloppy fielding and three drop catches help Pakistan to reached the total of 181 runs rollicking late run spree which added 60 runs in last five Overs.

In respond to Pakistan’s 181 runs, New Zealand could manage to score only 163 runs for the loss of six wickets.

Mohammad Aamir’s great bowling spell in the last five overs helped Pakistan to prevent Kiwi’s reaching the target.
