Imran Khan to provide undeniable evidences against Khwaja Asif
Islamabad (Web Desk): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said on Wednesday that he is ready to submit evidences to Khawaja Asif’s involvement in corruption.
Imran further added that NAB’s silence above proof of corruption is inexplicable to him. PTI leader met Usman Dar at his residence in Bani Gala. The focus of the meeting was NAB’s lack of action on PTI’s petition against Khwaja Asif.
Imran Khan Said, “We have brought undeniable proofs against him [Asif] on the record”. He added “The National Accountability Bureau’s silence despite proofs of money laundering and corruption against him [Asif] is inexplicable.”
Imran Khan instructed Dar and a delegation of the party During the meetup, to meet with NAB Chairman Justice (retired) Javed Iqbal.
Imran Khan here urged NAB to take action, “We are ready to provide details of corruption and money laundering to NAB,”
Usman Dar has also filed a petition with Islamabad High Court against Asif for possessing Iqama (work permit) of a foreign country.
Islamabad High Court is set to hear Asif’s Iqama case on March 1.
